How does Delta Device ES work?

There are 2 major components in Delta Device ES, the Power control panel and the treating chamber. The treating chamber has 2 parts to it. One of them is the cuboidal stainless steel chamber. It is the negative electrode through which water flows. The other part is a core that is covered by a dielectric positive electrode in the center of the chamber. The water makes its way to the chamber from the bottom and then spirals around the core as it travels upwards to the outlet.


Delta Device ES uses an electrostatic type of treatment. This distributes the electric field at critical predetermined locations in the industrial system. As a result of this electric field, electrostatic water treatment eliminates pre-existing calcium carbonate scale and prevents the further deposition of calcium carbonate on surfaces of industrial systems. This system uses minimal power and works continuously without causing any damage to the environment or any other manual or labor needs.


The electrode is present inside the reaction chamber. Water flows in the reaction chamber around the electrode. When the voltage is supplied to the electrode an electric field is generated through the flowing water between the electrode and the electrically grounded reaction chamber. The electrostatic field reduces the surface tension of water and boosts the surface charge of colloidal particles and wetted surfaces. Particles suspended in the water are caused to repel one another and to be repelled from other wetted surfaces
