Delta Device is a technologically advanced scale prevention water conditioner that will prevent the development of scale in a number of water applications, whilst progressively dissipating any scale formations within an existing system. Delta Devices are entirely self-contained and self-energizing, requiring no power supply, chemicals and they are maintenance-free resulting in an uninterrupted passage of water through the devices.

After installing an online non-chemical Delta water treatment device your industrial water system will be completely scale-free. Hardened particles will remain suspended in the water flow instead of forming layers of scale. The Delta device will help prevent new scale deposits from forming and will also gradually disintegrate any scale remaining in the system.

Delta Device works on two major steps: absorption and turbulence. Basically, an absorption of H+ ions takes place by the special core, which in turn reduces the concentration in the next layer. This reduction leads to an increase in pH, causing the precipitation of scale-forming salts. The turbulence bars on the core create the turbulence, breaking the precipitates into the colloidal particles. These particles formed on the surface act as a nucleus.

A complete range of sizes from 3/8” to 24” in diameter is available to fit any application.
